Michael joined PEO Leadership as an Executive Advisor in February 2016 after a 38 year career leading businesses in the consumer goods and business-to-business fields.

Most recently, he was the CEO of Cosmetica, a fast-growing Toronto-based innovation and manufacturing provider of customized make-up lines to many of the world’s top beauty companies. Over his 7 years there, the company more than doubled revenues, and generated significant value creation for its owners.

Michael also led Ciba-Vision, the global number two contact lens company for two years as CEO, re-establishing growth and a competitive innovation platform. He started his career at P&G, where he spent 27 years in various leadership roles, concluding as President of the global Oral Care business, which grew from $1.2Billion to $2.1Billion under his watch.

Michael also has Board experience with such organizations as Array, Umbra, Cosmetica, Queen’s/Smith School of Business, and the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters.

Michael is a graduate of Queen’s/Smith and is married with children.
