Our Executive Advisors

Following an exemplary career in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) healthcare sector, Alison retired after spending 33 years at Nestlé. For her last 11 years at Nestlé, Alison held the roles of President, Nestlé Nutrition and President, Nestlé Health Sciences responsible for all aspects of the businesses in Canada. In these roles, she served as a member of the Americas Nutrition Executive Leadership team, the North American Health Science Executive Leadership team, as well as a member of the Nestlé in the Market Canadian Executive Team.  Prior to joining Nestlé, Alison worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Toronto General Hospital.

Alison served on the Industry Advisory Council for the Ontario Brain Institute. She was recognized as one of the Star Women in Grocery for her excellence in leadership, innovation and dedication across retail sales, consumer packaged goods and the health care industry.

Since retiring from Nestlé in 2023, Alison has strived to play a more significant role giving back to the community; serving on the Board of Directors for Trillium Health Partners and also on the Board of Directors for Food Banks Mississauga.  

Alison attended the University of Western Ontario and completed the Dietetic Internship program at Toronto General Hospital.  She has completed multiple Leadership Development programs including through the London Business School.  Alison is also a graduate of the Director’s Education Program (ICD.D) at the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business.

Outside of Alison’s professional pursuits, Alison has been married to her Husband for 35 years, and is the proud Mother of two adult Sons and proud Mother-in-law to two wonderful Daughter-in-laws.  She loves to explore the World through travel and has recently developed a passion for Pickleball.
