Kelly is deeply passionate about driving growth for both businesses and leaders.  Working directly with CEOs and leadership teams, she leverages her broad experience as a senior executive, CEO, Board Director, advisor and coach.

In the Telecom sector (Nortel Networks and Bell Canada), Kelly led diverse functional groups including Corporate Strategy, Marketing, R&D, and Business Development. She also served as the President of a Canadian Nortel subsidiary, TTS Meridian Systems.

Following her career in telecom, Kelly assumed the position of CEO of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). From there Kelly moved on to apply her skills and lead the national Career Solutions Practice at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions, a Canadian professional services firm.

Today Kelly supports high growth companies and their CEOs through PEO Leadership, the Business Development Bank of Canada, The Ivey School of Business, the Board of Directors of Ross Video, and through direct company engagements.

A graduate of the Director’s Education Program at the University of Toronto (ICD.D), Kelly has served as a Director and Board Chair.  Her degree is from the University of Western Ontario and she has also attended senior leadership development programs at Harvard, Stanford and The Rotman School of Business.
