Liz is an ICD.D-certified board director and senior executive with more than 30 years of experience leading growth, business transformation, and culture change across the Consumer Health and Consumer Goods sectors. Known for her thoughtful, people-first leadership, she brings a steady, collaborative approach to aligning diverse stakeholders around clear, future-focused strategies.

Most recently, Liz served as Senior Vice President & General Manager at Bayer Canada, where she more than doubled the Consumer Health business and delivered over a decade of consecutive growth. She led M&A integration, accelerated digital and eCommerce transformation, and championed enterprise-wide culture and engagement initiatives.

In earlier roles, including President of Triumph International (Canada) and Vice President & General Manager of Playtex Canada, Liz built a strong track record of elevating brands, driving sustainable growth, developing talent, and fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.

Liz currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (CPFF), contributing strategy, governance expertise, and advocacy informed by lived family experience. She has also held Chair, Vice Chair, and Committee Chair roles across national industry associations. She was recognized with the Award of Distinction (FHCP Canada, 2024) and named to the Business Hall of Fame (Grocery Business Canada, 2025).

She holds an MBA and BBA from the Schulich School of Business and the ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management. Liz lives in Mississauga with her husband, Matt, and enjoys time with their two daughters and at their family cottage on the beautiful shores of Lake Huron.
