Our Leadership Team

Joanna Thommee joined PEO Leadership in September 2015. She brings over 15 years of experience in the agency world; having worked in both large scale multinational shopper marketing agencies, as well as boutique experiential marketing firms. Joanna has extensive experience in marketing, communications, event management, program and account management, process optimization, and negotiations. She has managed accounts varying from $1Million to $30 Million; some of which include pharma, financial, CPG and retail. Prior to joining PEO Leadership, Joanna was the Principal Consultant and Founder of Spin Doctor Consulting.

She completed an Honours BA from York University, as well as an International MBA from Schulich School of Business. Joanna has vast international experience – she taught English in Tokyo, Japan; fulfilled her MBA internship at EffectiveBrands, a global branding consultancy based in London, UK; completed an MBA exchange program at ESSEC in Paris, France; and volunteered with Free The Children in the Maasai Mara region of Kenya.

Joanna is married, has two daughters, two dogs and a cat. She is active in her community, loves to travel, watch movies and drink fine wine.
