Stefanie Ince is a leader, collaborator, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, corporate development, and strategic growth. Her career spans healthcare, education, international development, and financial services – united by a commitment to building purpose-driven, high-performing teams and cultivating authentic leadership.

As President of PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance, Stefanie works with Ontario’s growth-minded CEOs, entrepreneurs and business leaders to foster a trusted, dynamic peer community that inspires learning, innovation, and accountability. Stefanie is also the founder of March Management Coaching, where she partners with leaders who are ready to grow with intention and impact. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Stefanie is known for her thoughtful, compassionate approach and her ability to help leaders uncover insight, confidence, and direction.
