Nora is an award-winning trail blazer who has broken the glass ceiling time and time again. She was a Senior Partner and Director at McKinsey & Company, where she worked for 27 years until she retired in 2014. Nora has been recognized as among Canada’s ‘Top 100 Most Powerful Women’ and currently serves on the boards of Bank of Nova Scotia, The Kroger Company, Cadillac Fairview Corporation, Neiman Marcus Group, St. Michael’s Hospital, and The Canadian Opera Company.
