Integration Advisory Board
*** ONLY OPEN TO LEGACY PEO LEADERSHIP AND INNOVATORS ALLIANCE MEMBERS
Term: 12 months | Commitment: Minimum 6 virtual meetings/year (60–90 min each) + brief pre-read
Facilitator: Stefanie Ince
Purpose: Guide the integration transition between PEO Leadership and Innovators Alliance, keeping the member experience of our new integrated community as the top priority in planning, decisions, communications, and implementation.
What the Integration Advisory Board Will Do
- Provide member-centered input on integration priorities, milestones, and implementation plans
- Identify risks, friction points, and unintended impacts on members and peer groups
- Bring forward insights from across regions and peer group contexts
- Ensure member impact and key perspectives are considered and documented
Composition
- A maximum of 8 members total, drawn from across our newly integrated organization
- Members will be selected to reflect a balance of perspectives shaped by their experience in the legacy Innovators Alliance and legacy PEO Leadership communities.
Who We’re Looking For
Members who can contribute constructively and represent the reality of the member experience, including:
- Understanding of member needs, engagement, and peer group dynamics
- Comfortable offering candid input, respectful challenge, and collaboration
- Reliable attendance and readiness to review brief materials in advance
To reflect the breadth of our communities, selection will prioritize a mix of:
- Geographic regions (including varied local contexts; urban/rural where relevant)
- Peer group experience (members from PEO Leadership and Innovators Alliance)
- Member tenure; and
- Diverse leadership/industry/organization contexts and lived/learned experiences

Members agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive integration discussions and draft materials, declare conflicts of interest, and participate respectfully in a space where diverse viewpoints are welcomed.
Appointment
12-month appointment aligned to the integration transition timeline. Membership may be adjusted during the term to ensure continuity and representation.
