Learn Together, Lead Better: Our Learning Sector Groups
One of the most powerful things about being part of PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance is the community you belong to. Our Learning Sector Groups provide our community the opportunity go deeper and cross connect you with peers who understand your industry, your challenges, and your ambitions. Here’s a look at the four groups available to members in our network.
Manufacturing Sector Group
Led by Paul Hogendoorn, Executive Advisor
A forum for manufacturers, by manufacturers. This group meets four times a year – in person and virtually – blending plant floor learning with big-picture strategy. Members share best practices, tour peer facilities, and dive into topics like process optimization, technology adoption, and workforce development. Plant floor leaders are welcome too, helping bridge strategy and execution.
AI Peer Learning Group
Led by Rob Williams, AI Specialist
AI is reshaping business fast – and keeping up takes more than reading the headlines. This virtual group meets every other month for one focused hour, exploring what’s useful, what’s overhyped, and what’s coming next. Whether you’re just starting to explore AI or already integrating it into your operations, this is the space to learn what’s new in the world of AI.
SaaS Peer Group
Designed by and for SaaS CEOs
Scaling ARR, managing churn, navigating pricing models – if these are the realities of your business, this group is being built with you in mind. We’re launching this group with input from SaaS leaders to shape how this group will run, what topics get priority, and what format works best.
Legacy Council
Guided by Leon Goren, CEO of PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance
A private forum for leaders ready to think beyond the business and focus on the decisions that will shape their long-term legacy. The Legacy Council brings together a maximum of 15 members, three times a year, for an afternoon of candid peer discussion followed by dinner. Topics span capital strategy, succession, family wealth, and investment decisions – the complex, often private conversations that don’t fit anywhere else.
These groups are what peer learning looks like in practice. Join us for real conversations with people who get it – because they’re in it too. We hope you’ll find your community here. Reach out to Stefanie Ince with any questions about membership or to explore which group is the right fit for you.
