Sara Clarkson is the President, CEO and Owner of Marketsupport Canada, a sales-driven retail solutions company she has led for 16 years and acquired in 2019. A recognized innovator in the retail merchandising industry, she is known for transforming how brands activate and win at the point of purchase.

Sara is an experienced Board Chair and Executive Advisor, serving on multiple Boards and Advisory Boards. Most recently, she chaired Innovators Alliance, leading its successful amalgamation with PEO Leadership in 2025. She continues to advise founders and executives, offering strategic insight and governance expertise.

On the technology side, Sara is pioneering new AI capabilities within Marketsupport and spearheading the development of a next-generation ERP platform for merchandising field management.

Under her leadership, Marketsupport delivers people-powered retail solutions that increase sales and elevate brand performance across Canada, specializing in sales, merchandising, training, audits, and promotional execution. Although she oversees a national team of more than 250 employees, Sara remains personally accessible to clients seeking strategic direction and operational support.

She is also a professional singer and accomplished speaker, known for her energy and authenticity across North America and Europe, and is the proud mom of her husky mix, Piper.
