Vivian Zheng brings over 25 years of experience as a business owner, entrepreneur and consultant in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. In her first career, she led the Jianghai Securities Shanghai Branch to increase overall AUM 30 times in four years.

Vivian launched and expanded Bright Oceans Corporation into their Canadian Branch. She has organized and assisted Bright Oceans’ public listing on AIM in 2008 and TSX in 2010. She led the investment team to merge a gold mining company in Columbia in 2011 and a medical company in Silicon Valley, USA in 2013.

Vivian is the founder and president of First Land Management since 2003. She purchases and manages commercial properties and retirement buildings. From 2014 onwards, she has been developing commercial properties and entered residential development in 2017.

Vivian promotes the integration and bonding of culture and trade between Asia and Canada.  She also provides consulting services to Asian entrepreneurs to build strong relationships with Canadian local businesses and generating business opportunities in Canada.

Vivian is married with two children. She is passionate about fitness, fashion, and poetry.
