Our Senior Leadership Exchange group is a peer-driven leadership experience, focused on facilitated discussion, delivered through a flexible mix of in-person and virtual sessions. Coaching is not included in this program; however, members can work with their Executive Advisor to add hourly coaching at a preferred rate if required.
Members in these groups include second-in-command executives from a wide range of industries. They exchange peer insight on managing up, prioritizing responsibilities, implementing AI, and navigating complex organizational dynamics.

What is PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance?
PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance was formed in 2026 with the integration of PEO Leadership and Innovators Alliance as one peer to peer community. Both organizations have a rich history spanning over 25 years each as being the destination where business leaders connect, think and grow. Both communities have enabled entrepreneurs and corporate senior executives to accelerate their success paths and those of their respective organizations by empowering them to realize their maximum potential both professionally and personally.
It doesn’t need to be lonely at the top; we provide a safe environment where entrepreneurs and business leaders can let their guard down and discuss important issues, challenges and opportunities from a holistic perspective. PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance provides its Community the ability to leverage its collective knowledge, experience and network; to innovate, challenge and be challenged in a high disclosure, objective and trusted environment through a combination of Peer Advisory Boards, One-on-One Coaching, and Thought Leadership Executive Networking Events – all for the purpose of enhancing the personal and professional lives of its members. What is the profile of a PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance member?
We exclusively work with entrepreneurs and corporate business leaders who embody our Member Profile. These individuals exemplify core values of respect, integrity and confidentiality. They are committed to continuous personal development and lifelong learning. They are willing to receive input and to learn from others. Our members are open to their ideas being constructively challenged, as well as embrace dialogue and brainstorming as a leadership tool. What are the Criteria to become a PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance Member?
Each of our Members regardless of the Group they qualify for have these expectations of them:
- Responsibilities include the financial performance of the Company and/or division.
- Core Values include: Respect, Integrity and Confidentiality.
- Life-long learner, committed to materially improving the success of their lives, their families, their communities and their organizations.
CEO Group Differentiating Criteria:
- Acting as the CEO/President, a C-Level Executive, SVP, VP and/or Managing Director of the Company.
- Operating a Company in the Public, Private and/or Not for Profit Sector.
- Reporting to a Board of Directors and/or Leader at the Global Head Office.
Canadian Entrepreneurs Group Differentiating Criteria:
- Small – Company with less than $5 million in gross revenue and/or under 10 employees.
- Med-Large – Company with more than $5 million in gross revenue.
Senior Leadership Accelerator Group Differentiating Criteria:
- Next generation of senior leaders who are career-oriented, driven to success and determined to grow their skills.
- Reports into CEO, President or C-Level Executive.
Global Executive Group Differentiating Criteria:
- Living outside of Canada with responsibilities for Canada and/or Living in Canada with responsibilities abroad.
Business Transition Group Differentiating Criteria:
- An entrepreneur/owner who has built a successful and profitable organization.
- Thinking about selling or transitioning the business in the next 5-10 years.

How does PEO Leadership select what Peer Advisory Board their members are placed in?
When selecting which Peer Advisory Board a new member will be placed into, the PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance Executive Team and the member will review the chemistry and makeup of the board. Two main elements that drive the final decision process are considered:
* What can the new member contribute to the Advisory Board?
* Are there members in that group who can contribute to the success of this new member?The PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance Executive Team has a thorough understanding of the composition of each Peer Advisory Board; whether they are entrepreneurial, corporate, owned or managed, family multi-generational, what industries the members belong to, what the group dynamic is – these are just a few components of the complexities of a group. Each of these key attributes is considered to ensure that we are maximizing the chances of enabling our members to realize their individual goals and objectives.

What does PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance do to ensure privacy for its members?
Privacy is of the utmost importance to PEO Leadership | Innovators Alliance. Our members are sharing extremely private matters with the Executive Advisors and their Peer Advisory Boards. Everyone is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon joining the organization. An individual will be removed from their Advisory Board and further action may be taken if there has been a breach of our Code of Conduct around privacy. There are no exceptions.
